What I ate for Lunch

My breakfast was light today, so a few hours later I was hungry again, but still not quite ready for lunch type foods. So, I made myself a wonderful bowl of protein packed greek yogurt awesomeness! My bowl contained...

- 1 container 2% Fage
- handful raw oats
- tablespoon ground flax
- 1/2 cup blueberries & cherries
- sprinkle of sliced raw almonds
- sprinkle of unsweetened coconut


But after all of the soft, yogurty goodness my mouth was craving some crunch so I had one fruit and nut cracker from a bakery I visited in Cashmere, WA on Sunday. It hit the spot!
