Fast Food

You won't find any McD's here, but I've been eating my version of fast food today. I started with a cool, refreshing breakfast smoothie.

- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 small very ripe banana
- 1/4 cup raw oats
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- tbs ground flax
- splash of 1% milk
- ice

Delish. I use my insulated, reusable 20 oz. Starbucks cup to drink smoothies.

After knocking out some work this morning, I hit the gym for a short run (18 minutes/2 mile) and yoga class. After yoga I headed down to Lake Nona to pick up my race packet for the Olympic distance triathlon on Sunday. On my drive down I stopped at Starbucks to get an iced latte to drink while I munched on a cinnamon roll Larabar.

Ingredients: Dates, Walnuts, Almonds, Raisins, Cashews, Cinnamon

Now it's back to work! Happy Friday!
