So this is pretty much what my dog does all day long while I work.
My lap is never in need of warming. Since I can't eat (or should I say won't eat) my dog, I decided to eat a veggie dog for lunch! Acutally, two veggie dogs. Since they're only 50 calories each I decided to put two on my sprouted grain sandwich bun for an extra protein boost. I also added a slice of swiss and mustard.
On the side I had a small Pink Lady apple and mixed greens with balsamic, olive oil and salt & pepper.
To satisfy my sweet tooth I had an individual square of dark chocolate and a teaspoon of almond butter. I went back for seconds on the almond butter!
I had a productive afternoon!
