Goals....what's my next goal?  It's been a while since I've posted.  I completed the Danskin women's triathlon in May and had a lot of fun.  I hope to do an Olympic distance race later this summer. But in the meantime, I've decided to start lifting weights more frequently. I think I'll reduce my cardio workouts and increase my strength training workouts and see how that goes.  As a guide I plan to follow the Body for Life program.  Wish me luck!

I've been skipping my weight lifting lately, and I think that's what's been causing me to get so out of shape. (Well, that and all the junk I eat). I'm with you on getting back to it!

Yeah, I would rather run versus lift any day of the week so I HAVE to make lifting a priority or I'll skip it. It's so important. Good luck to you!
