The Invention of Lying

I went for a leisurely 2 hour walk/jog this morning. It felt good to take my time and not rush to meet a certain mileage or time. I imagine I did somewhere around 8 miles. Before I left the house I had a small piece of the whole grain banana mini loaf with a smear of raw cashew butter.

While I was out walking I ran into David Hasselhoff! He was wearing his old Bay Watch outfit and offered me a sip of Diet Pink Lemonade Snapple from his CamelBak. I declined, but then brushed his hair while he stretched his achilles tendons and worked on his latest invention, the 17 wheeled roller skate.

Just kidding! After my walk we rushed out the door to see The Invention of Lying. And THAT is not a lie. I had a cappuccino and popcorn (unphotographed) during the movie.

We did a little shopping and then grabbed lunch at Qdoba.

I had an unsweet iced tea with a splash of lemonade and a veggie and black bean quesadilla. I ate about 2/3 of my lunch.

I didn't feel like grocery shopping so I racked my brain and came up with this delicious dinner!

- Organic spinach
- Organic mixed greens
- Granny Smith apple
- Dates
- Sun dried tomatoes
- Toasted almonds
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt & Pepper

What's not pictured is the addition of a bit of extra sharp shredded cheddar cheese that I ALMOST forgot to add!

And some cottage cheese with fresh raspberries.

For dessert I had the rest of the toasted almonds and a few coconut M&Ms with a mug of peppermint tea.
